Creative Café: A Writer's Workshop

 

Imagine the delight and joy of young people immersed in creative writing workshops in a relaxed and inspiring environment. An environment conducive to meaningful conversations and authentic collaboration. One filled with art, music, and stories that inspire young people to ponder the good, the true, and the beautiful.

We call this community-centered environment Creative Café. At the heart of Creative Café is the belief that creativity is a gift from God. We believe that every person has been gifted with creativity. It isn't reserved for artists and musicians, makers and engineers!

Creative Café is a workshop-style gathering designed to cultivate creativity and foster authentic community. The goal of Creative Café is to lay a feast of beautiful ideas—stories, music, poetry, and art—for young people to explore and reflect on.

Our Creative Café workshops are designed using a 6-step framework and a creative menu that is simple and flexible for use in the traditional classroom, co-ops, or at home with your family!
