Sharing our "Summer Rhythm" for this summer! I find having a rhythm is better than a schedule because let's be honest, it's summer and who wants to be on a tight schedule? We won't always follow this rhythm in order, but it is there for us to keep us somewhat routine! My kids wake up pretty early, so that makes it easy to fit in so many "activities" in the morning.
I'm planning to keep learning time super simple using a menu which includes:
- Journal entries
- Timeline narration pages
- iPad learning
- Math flashcards (daily)
- Puzzles
- Storybook writing
- Reading to learn
Our afternoon "games" include simple science experiments, our weekly Tea Time, and of course, Creative Café! :)
